We believe our loyal customers deserve a quality & speedy delivery service, without paying over the odds. Our delivery charges are competitively priced and are based on the weight and dimensions of the item you order.

** Please note .. some heavy items of low value may attract an additional P&P charge. This is due to Courier/Royal Mail/Parcel Force prices. If this is the case, you will be notified and given an option to pay the additional surcharge , or have your order cancelled and any monies paid refunded. TJReiki does NOT make any profit from P&P charges, and in fact in 99% of cases, the customer is charged les than the actual cost to ourselves for postage 

Please note: The order value is the value of the goods BEFORE any delivery cost is added.

We use a number of delivery systems to ensure the best possible service for our customers. These include Royal Mail as well as trusted courier services. It is likely that you will be required to sign for your delivery, so please make sure that there is someone available at the delivery address stated on your order.

If your parcel cannot be delivered because no-one is available to sign, any further costs incurred in getting the parcel to you are your responsibility.

Before making any shipment, to protect ourselves and also our customers, we may carry out a number of security checks prior to shipping the order. These checks may include checking your address against the Electoral Role, credit card processing checks & telephone number checks. We may also from time to time carry out other checks not listed here. Please be assured these checks are in the best interests of all concerned and help us to maintain high standards and keen prices.

Delivery Times

The majority of orders are often despatched & delivered either the same or next working day, dependant upon whether the items are in stock. However it is advisable to allow between 3 and 5 working days for your delivery to avoid any disappointment. However, next day, and occasionally same day delivery can be arranged, at an additional cost - which will be displayed clearly prior to checkout.

If the items you order are in stock, then they will be processed usually within 24 hours of receipt of your order and confirmed payment (Excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays). If orders are not in stock, then delivery time will be extended.  You will of course be notified of any delays with your order, and where possible offered alternatives, or full/partial refund if this is what you would prefer.  If you prefer, and your order contains BOTH in stock & out of stock items, we will deliver in stock items next working day, followed by a 2nd order of your out of stock items once they are received here at TJReiki. However, this may result in an additional delivery charge.

Delivery Problems

You should ensure that either yourself or a neighbour is available to receive your order,( you may leave special instructions at checkout) Often,  a signature will be required upon delivery.of your TJReiki order. If you are not available, and your parcel cannot be delivered, we may incur additional handling costs. We will then pass these additional charges onto you.

Also, if a courier service has been used, and you are not available to receive the delivery, and you book a re-delivery direct with the courier, we may be charged an additional fee (this also will be charged to you). If you fail to be available for receipt of a parcel, then we will be charged a fee for non-delivery. Again, these charges will be passed onto you. We hope that you understand this, as it is the only way in which we can manage to keep our prices competitive. We very much hope that TJReiki and its customers can work as a partnership and each fulfil their commitment. TJReiki cannot, under any circumstances be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes which are out of our control.

Returns and Refunds Policy

TReiki guarantees that if you are not entirely satisfied with the product when it gets to you, as long as it is returned unused, fit for re-sale and in its original packaging, then a full refund ot the purchase price will be issued to the card used for payment initially. (less P&P. See below for full details)

Please DO NOT send parcels back to TJReiki without prior arrangement.  Once we have received notification from you that you wish to return the parcel, we will issue instructions on how to do this.  However, and charges incurred to return a parcel will be at your own expense.  Once the parcel has been received back by TJReiki, and checked, then a refund will be issued, and you will be notified. 

PLEASE NOTE:

The refunded amount will not include any postage and packaging costs, only the cost of the actual items will be refunded. You must pay all postage and packaging costs incurred by us getting the parcel to you, and also for returning any items.

You must ensure that all items are returned safely to TJReiki within 14 working days from the date of your order being placed. You will receive a full refund of the item costs within 30 days of safe receipt by TJReiki.

Due to the nature of the goods supplied by TJReiki, all items MUST be returned in a completely unused condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring all returned goods are received by TJReiki in the above condition. Any breakages will be notified to you, and you will not be eligible for a refund for any broken or used returned items. Or for any items not returned in its original packaging & fit for re-sale.

It is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items.

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING TJREIKI FIRST.

Damaged Items

Usually all goods arrive with our customers in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions, things do go wrong, and an item may be damaged en route to you. If an item is received in a damaged condition, the customer must contact TJReiki immediately and give full details of the damage sustained ( no later than 24 hours after receipt of items).
