Lucky code delivery!  Dependant upon location - TJReiki will deliver parcels Free Of Charge (regardless of order value) to a limited number of local post code areas.  If your postal address falls within this category,  your P&P charges will automatically be calculated as free of charge upon checkout.

Overseas deliveries – please e-mail enquiries@tjreiki.co.uk with details of your required order and your delivery address. We will then contact you with applicable shipping and handling charges.

Please note: The order value is the value of the goods BEFORE any delivery cost is added.

We use a number of delivery systems to ensure the best possible service for our customers. These include Royal Mail as well as trusted courier services. It is likely that you will be required to sign for your delivery, so please make sure that there is someone available at the delivery address stated on your order.

If your parcel cannot be delivered because no-one is available to sign, any further costs incurred in getting the parcel to you are your responsibility.

Before making any shipment, to protect ourselves and also our customers, we may carry out a number of security checks prior to shipping the order. These checks may include checking your address against the Electoral Role, credit card processing checks & telephone number checks. We may also from time to time carry out other checks not listed here. Please be assured these checks are in the best interests of all concerned and help us to maintain high standards and keen prices.

Delivery Times

The majority of  orders are often despatched & delivered either the same or next working day, dependant upon whether the items are in stock. However it is advisable to allow between 3 and 5 working days for your delivery to avoid any disappointment.

If the items you order are in stock, then they will be processed usually within 24 hours of receipt of your order and confirmed payment. If orders are not in stock, then delivery time will be extended. If it is likely that there will be a delay beyond 10 working days, you will be advised of this via e-mail or telephone (if you supply these details when ordering).

Usually, if the item you require is not in stock, this will be indicated on the website at the time of ordering.  You will receive a message stating the expected delivery date.  At this point, you have the option of choosing to accept the extended delivery time, or change your order.

If you prefer, and your order contains BOTH in stock & out of stock items, we will deliver in stock items next working day, followed by a 2nd order of your out of stock items once they are received here at TJReiki.  Please e-mail TJReiki stating that you would like a multi despatch once your order has been placed.  However, this may result in an additional delivery charge. 

Delivery Problems

You should ensure that either yourself or a neighbour is available to receive your order, as a signature will be required upon delivery.of your TJReiki order. If you are not available, and your parcel cannot be delivered, we may incur additional handling costs. We will then pass these additional charges onto you. Also, if a courier service has been used, and you are not available to receive the delivery, and you book a re-delivery direct with the courier, we may be charged an additional fee (this also will be charged to you). If you fail to be available for receipt of a parcel, then we will be charged a fee for non-delivery. Again, these charges will be passed onto you. We hope that you understand this, as it is the only way in which we can manage to keep our prices competitive. We very much hope that TJReiki and its customers can work as a partnership and each fulfil their commitment. TJReiki cannot, under any circumstances be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes which are out of our control.
