Electronic Payments (over the Internet)
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, (including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Electron, Solo, and Maestro). All online payments are processed via Protx – which is a secure on line system recommended by many UK banks (including Lloyds TSB, HSBC, Barclays, Nat West & Bank Of Scotland). Your payment information is processed in a very secure environment and encrypted. This is the quickest way to order and receive your goods.
Telephone and Fax orders
Credit and debit card orders (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Electron, Maestro) may be processed either over the telephone or by faxing the order information to us on 01274 595918 if you would prefer not to order online.
Cheque Payments
You may also pay for your order by cheque, made payable to “TJReiki”. Please note that if a cheque is used for payment, the goods will not be despatched until your cheque has been confirmed as “cleared”. This may add another 3 working days to your delivery time. Cheques must be posted to: TJReiki, 20 Highmoor Walk, West Lane, Baildon, Shipley, BD17 5TT supported by your cheque guarantee card details written on the reverse. Please also remember to enclose your order with the accompanying cheque, and to ensure that the Postage and Packaging cost has been added to your order total and included in the cheque payable amount. You must ensure that your full delivery name and address details are also included. TJReiki will endeavour to contact you once your cheque has cleared to confirm despatch of your order.
Packaging
To do “our bit” for the environment, we recycle packaging where possible. We also ask that you do the same once you have unpacked your goods. All parcels are securely packaged and should arrive with you in perfect condition.
