Returns and Refunds Policy

TReiki guarantees that if you are not entirely satisfied with the product when it gets to you, as long as it is returned unused, fit for re-sale and in its original packaging, then a full refund ot the purchase price will be given. (less P&P. See below for full details)

If you place an order and then suddenly decide that you wish to cancel it, as long as the cancellation is done via 
e-mail to returns@tjreiki.co.uk and BEFORE the items have been despatched we will gladly refund your credit or debit card or post back your un-cashed cheque. Please remember - some orders are packaged and despatched within hours of receiving the order!

Should the parcel have already left TJReiki, then you should e-mail returns@tjreiki.co.uk as soon as possible and certainly within 7 working days of placing your order. Include in the e-mail the reason why you wish to return the items for refund. TJReiki will then give you clear instructios on the process that you need to follow in order to obtain your refund.  A returns number wil be given which must be included in the returned items parcel.

PLEASE NOTE:

The refunded amount will not include any postage and packaging costs, only the cost of the actual items will be refunded. You must pay all postage and packaging costs incurred by us getting the parcel to you, and also for returning any items.

You must ensure that all items are returned safely to TJReiki within 14 working days from the date of your order being placed. You will receive a full refund of the item costs within 30 days of safe receipt by TJReiki.

Due to the nature of the goods supplied by TJReiki, all items MUST be returned in a completely unused condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring all returned goods are received by TJReiki in the above condition. Any breakages will be notified to you, and you will not be eligible for a refund for any broken or used returned items. Or for any items not returned in its original packaging & fit for re-sale.

It is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items.

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING TJREIKI FIRST.

The customer must ensure that a note is placed inside the parcel with the items being returned, explaining the reason for return of each item, as detailed below.

Returns WILL NOT be accepted unless complete information is provided including:

-Payment Method
-Full Name
-Full Address
-Valid Email Address
-Phone Number (including the area code)
-Quantity and Name of returning Product(s)
-Either Original, or a copy of the invoice
-Reasons for returning the Product(s)

Damaged Items

Usually all goods arrive with our customers in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions, things do go wrong, and an item may be damaged en route to you.   If an item is received in a damaged condition, the customer must contact TJReiki immediately and give full details of the damage sustained ( no later than  24 hours of receipt of items). 

You MUST keep all original packaging and documentation for possible return to TJReiki. You MUST use the contact us form to notify us of any problems.  Once verified, TJReiki will offer to either replace the item, or refund the item price (less postage and packing costs).
