What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced “Ray-Key”) is a simple Japanese energy balancing method developed by a man called Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s.
Reiki practitioners use some meditations and work with an energy called “chi”. This energy helps to balance their own energy system and can also be used to treat many things. Reiki provides a whole host of benefits, far too many to mention here, but here are just some of the benefits that can be achieved through a course of Reiki treatments:
