We love Customer Feedback!
We love to receive feedback from our customers - both good & bad. Good, because it is nice to know that we have got some things right for our customers.... Bad, because, if we are doing something wrong, we can then make amends.
Customer feedback is vitally important, and will allow us to keep developing our site, to suit your needs. It would be great if you could leave any general service feedback comments here on our blog. We know that you provide specific scented candles product reviews, but this is more about the service that you have received, and your overall shopping experience with us.
We'd love to hear about:
- How you found the website to navigate through
- How easy/difficult it was to find what you were looking for
- How easy/difficult it was to place an order
- If you found the product reviews helpful in helping you decide to purchase or not
- Speed of service and helpfulness
- Any aspects of your shopping experience that you feel could be done better
- Suggestions to make your shopping experience better
ALL reviews are read by us, and any suggestions made considered. If we cannot implement your suggestion, we are happy to tell you why this is not possible - Equally, if we can implement your suggestions, and it will be of benefit to everyone concerned, then we will happily go forward with it.
