All orders placed will be sent either the same day, or within 24 hours of placing your order. If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.
Please note: The order value is the value of the goods BEFORE any delivery cost is added.
Can I leave my parcel in a "Safe Place"?
If you have indicated that you would like your parcel to be left in a safe place if you are not at home - we will endeavour to comply with your specific instructions - but this is not guaranteed, as this is at the discretion of the delivery provider, and you must accept full responsibility for any items left in your safe place. Most delivery providers now take photos of any message left on your door, and also of the parcel left in your indicated safe place, as proof that the parcel has been left according to your instructions.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
The majority of orders are often dispatched either the same or next working day, if we anticipate any delay, we will contact you. It is advisable to allow between 5 and 7 working days for your delivery to avoid any disappointment. However, next day, and occasionally same day delivery can be arranged, at an additional cost - for specific prices please contact TJReiki for an accurate quote.
Overseas Shipments can take between 10 to 17 working days depending upon your country. Any specific delivery time queries can be addressed by using our contact us page - where we will be happy to help in any way we can.
You should ensure that either yourself or a neighbour is available to receive your order (you may leave special instructions at the checkout).
Also, if a courier service has been used, and you are not available to receive the delivery, and you book a re-delivery direct with the courier, we may be charged an additional fee (this will be charged to you). If you fail to be available for the receipt of a parcel, then we will be charged a fee for non-delivery. Again, these charges will be passed onto you. We hope that you understand this, as it is the only way in which we can manage to keep our prices competitive. We very much hope that TJReiki and its customers can work as a partnership and each fulfill their commitment. TJReiki cannot, under any circumstances be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes which are out of our control.
Returns and Refunds Policy
TReiki guarantees that if you are not entirely satisfied with the product when it gets to you, as long as it is returned unused, fit for re-sale and in its original packaging, then a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the payment method used to purchase your items (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal) (less P&P. See below for full details).
Please DO NOT send parcels back to TJReiki without prior arrangement. Once we have received notification from you that you wish to return the parcel, we will issue instructions on how to do this. However, any charges incurred to return a parcel will be at your own expense. Once the parcel has been received back by TJReiki, and checked, then a refund will be issued, and you will be notified.
You must ensure that all items are returned safely to TJReiki within 14 working days from the date of your order. You will receive a full refund of the item costs within 30 days of safe receipt by TJReiki.
Due to the nature of the goods supplied by TJReiki, all items MUST be returned in a completely unused condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring all returned goods are received by TJReiki in the above condition. Any breakages will be reported to you, and you will not be eligible for a refund for any broken, used returned items, or for any items not returned in its original condition.
It is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items.
