Electronic Payments (over the Internet)
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and online payments are processed via Sage Pay – a secure online payment service, internationally recognised and affiliated with all major banks. Your payment information is processed in a very secure environment and encrypted. This is the quickest way to order and receive your goods. Please note: NO Credit or Debit card details are retained or stored on any of our systems. We DO NOT receive your card details - except for the last 4 digits of your chosen payment card.
Payment can be taken over the telephone, and your information will be processed in exactly the same way as above. NO Credit or Debit card information is written down anywhere. The details will be keyed directly into the card terminal - you will be asked for the following details:
Long Card Number - Expiry Date - 3 Digit code on the back of your card – post code & house number. Your printed authorisation payment receipt will be dispatched to you with your parcel.
It is possible to make payment by a BACS transfer. Once it has been confirmed that your funds have been received within our company account, then your purchases will be dispatched. PLEASE NOTE: Until we have confirmation of the payment - no goods will be dispatched. If you choose to pay by BACS, you will be advised of TJReiki company details (name, sort code & account number) to complete your BACS payment. You will need to ensure you use your Order number (starts with TJR) as your BACS payment reference. Please do not worry - all of these details will be sent to you when you finish placing your order.

Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours.
